To ensure the highest quality of instruction and respect for both our students' and teachers' time, please review our academy policies below:
• 1. Refund Policy: All lesson packages are non-refundable. Once purchased, packages cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, or transferred.
• 2. Package Expiration: To maintain consistent learning momentum, all lesson packages must be used within 2 months (60 days) from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons after this period will automatically expire.
• 3. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! Lesson cancellations or rescheduling are completely free if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at the full lesson rate.
