Description of the course

This Online Cooking Class aims to explore typical dishes from Italian Home Made Cuisine. 
The class will be led by a Native Italian-speaking chef who will explain the History of the Dish, its origins, and its preparation, speaking in Italian and English.
The class will be led by a professional chef and will be divided into two main sections:

1) Description of the ingredients needed to prepare the dish. 
History of the dish, its origins, and traditions.
(1 hour and 20 minutes)

2) Preparation and cooking of the dish.
(Approximately 2 hours, depending on the dish)
